Sus started pitching at age 8 – working her way to each higher level throughout travel ball, high school, and college. As a pitcher for Madison Academy, she was named MVP in her Sophomore year and received the prestigious Mustang Team Leadership award her Senior year. Sus is currently a collegiate level pitcher in her Junior year of college and is working to share her passion and knowledge with the next generation of players. Sus is studying sports psychology. She understands that the game is both physical and mental, teaching her students not only the mechanics of pitching but also how to apply mental strategies to help them reach their highest potential as players, team members, and well-rounded athletes. Sus has both individual and group instruction experience after extensive training to coach pitching mechanics, and technique. She continually seeks to make the player better while encouraging dedication and hard work in achieving goals. Sus has a unique connection to young pitchers learning the basics as well as those who have experience and just need to make minor changes to maximize potential. She has coached pitchers from age 8 to 16 over the past 4 years with positive results in pitchers moving into travel ball, school ball, and collegiate competition. Sus is a former Fusion player and current Fusion assistant coach, and just completed two years at Motlow State Community College and is moving into Junior season at Alabama A&M University!
