James Pellem was born in Huntsville, AlL.  He graduated from SR Butler High School in 2005.  He has been married to his middle school sweetheart, Lauren, for 15 years.  Together they have two kids, Taylor and Kade.  His career took him to becoming an EMT, Cardiovascular service line employee, and a Hospice Care Representative.

James played high school baseball and received offers to play in college.  However, his career was cut short due to an injury.  This injury led him into coaching.  His goal has always been to impact as many lives as possible.  He has coached his daughter, Taylor, since she was 6.

Coaching is his passion.  James has been a travel softball coach for the Fusion 07 team for 3 years.  His team has excelled at some of the highest levels of competition.  Recently 3 players on his team received college offers as sophomores in high school
