rica played softball in Kentucky at Reidland High School and went on to play and Murray State University for four years. She played all positions on the infield and outfield and was a three way hitter from the left side by utilizing bunting, slapping and hitting. She has given lessons in hitting, fielding, and base running/agility skills. Erica was recently inducted into the Kentucky High School Softball hall of fame and she was Class A player of the year in Kentucky.

Erica has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is happy to share knowledge of how the body works and how to take care of your body while having high work loads how to prevent future sports injuries. She can incorporate various exercises throughout your progression for increased power, force, speed and strength.
